• Chat Data: The text prompts you submit are transmitted to Groq to generate AI responses. We do not use your private chats to train public AI models.
• Usage Data: We collect standard diagnostic data (IP address, browser type) to monitor platform security and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the MastermindAI.site service.
• To securely manage your user session and chat history.
• To monitor for abuse and ensure platform stability.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with essential third-party service providers:

• Groq: Our primary AI processing provider. Your inputs are sent to their infrastructure to generate responses.
• Supabase: Our primary database and authentication provider. Your account data is stored on their secure servers.
• Google OAuth: If you choose to log in with Google, Google provides us with your email and basic profile info.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential local storage to save your chat history and functional cookies (via Supabase) to keep you logged in. These are technically necessary for the service to function.

5. Your Privacy Rights & Data Deletion

Under GDPR and other privacy laws, you have the right to access or delete your data. To request a full deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact us at legal@mastermindai.site. We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Security of Your Data

We utilize industry-standard security through our partners (Supabase & Groq) to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
